Koch - - Responsibilities: Understand and perform precision maintenance including laser alignments, pumps and motors, fans; Perform roll changes in paper machines and converting lines; Maintain a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends, holidays, nights, and overtime as needed; Maintain safety rules and wear PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots) as required; Experience in hydraulics/pneumatics and welding on equipment is valued
