Equipment Operator White Oak Landfill (Monroe, La)

Pay: $21$22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

• MondayFriday: 6:45 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

Waste Connections is hiring a dependable equipment operator to support daily operations at the white oak landfill in monroe, la. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to keeping our landfill running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Operate heavy equipment including trackhoes, dozers, compactors, off-road dump trucks, and tractors
• Serve as a spotter to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Pull, spread, and compact trash
• Haul and place dirt as needed
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience operating dozers and trackhoes
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in all weather
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
