The Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and direction for day-to-day field operations of the assigned projects, direct and ensure field execution plan the company way to maximize overall business objectives and ensure maximum profitability.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure work environment, providing key leadership direction for field operations, coordinating and supervising all construction activities, managing field personnel priorities, coordinating all site construction activities, performing material take-offs, coordinating of installation between trades, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ensuring the quality of work, conducting staff meetings, managing project financial labor, material and other cost type budgets and goals, working with project team to ensure start-up and commissioning, assisting in coordinating and quality assurance of drafting resources and fabrication/manufacturing, maintaining company culture, implementing field productivity improvements, assuring project compliance and quality assurance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required education, experience, and qualifications include 5+ year's verifiable experience as a Plumbing Superintendent, at least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction, med-gas experience, at least 6 months of safety training, effective verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment, versed in the industry and the company's competitors, and ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Travel requirements are 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/work environment requirements include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, climbing stairs, remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, quiet environment, and light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Pay range is USD $88,380.00 - USD $117,970.00 /Yr.
