NSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Arkansas Field Supervisor for a project in Crossett, AR. PAY: $30-$35/hour HOURS: 40 hours/week START DATE: 4/20/26 DURATION: 2 months + SCOPE:

About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor during on-site projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in both field operations and project management, supporting the construction of fiber huts and edge sites for telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Field Supervision:
• Oversee field work and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Interpret and execute construction plans
• Enforce site safety standards and cleanliness
• Provide progress reports, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate inspections
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and material deliveries
• Collect daily photos, track progress, and assist in client close-out packages
• Assist in inspection management, and documentation
• PPE Required Hard Hat, Vest, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of construction field experience (including supervisory or foreman roles)
• Familiarity with electrical and commercial construction preferred
• Strong tech skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, internet tools)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High school diploma required; trade school or degree is a plus
• Bilingual and OSHA/safety knowledge a plus
