Maintenance Technician in West Monroe, Louisiana

Schedule: 7AM-7PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Pay $22+ Based on Experience

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility through preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. This role plays a key part in maintaining plant safety, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and test machinery
• Support building maintenance and special projects
• Follow all safety standards and company values

• High School Diploma or GED required (technical or associate degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• PLC experience a plus
• Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge a plus
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

• 7AM-7PM
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in hot or cold environments
