Responsibilities

• Meet with families virtually to assist them in selecting benefit programs
• Build trust and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Manage a personal book of business while maintaining long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership focused on mutual success
• Engage in meaningful conversations that impact clients' lives

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen
• Self-motivated, positive attitude with a strong desire to grow
• Excellent communication skills friendly, confident, and authentic
• Comfortable using Zoom and other online communication tools
• No prior insurance experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Familiarity with online communication tools beyond Zoom
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a personal book of business
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
