About this Job This is a contract position with no benefits offered. OUTCOME 1: MAINTENANCE WORKERCONTRACTOR shall serve as a Maintenance Worker for Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA). Daily maintenance of buildings, grounds, and vehicles; making necessary repairs and reporting to immediate supervisor and CFO as soon as problems have been identified. Ensure routing maintenance such as; painting, minor construction projects, repair/replacement of tiles, door locks, window screens, furniture, doors, equipment, etc.; inspect roofs and remove debris and leaves from roofs and drains. Ensure exterior of building and grounds are up to date and presentable. Keep limbs trimmed around electrical wires. Keep openings to drainage ditches cleaned. Cut grass, trim shrubs and all other duties requested within your scope of work. Assists safety officer at R. I. S. E. Treatment Center.
