Pay: $38,000/yr - $45,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related role, ideally within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction accounting principles, including AIA billing, retainage, and change orders
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 300, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills, including creating and managing spreadsheets for reporting and analysis
  • Previous time and materials billing experience


This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits provided once hired by our client.

Job Duties: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices for completed construction projects, progress payments, and retainage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project contracts and timelines. They will also monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain regular communication with clients to resolve billing issues.
