Are you experienced in dispatch and known for delivering exceptional customer service? Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Dispatcher in Monroe, LA. If you thrive in a dynamic office environment, pay meticulous attention to detail, and excel at creating positive customer experiences, this role is perfect for you!
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay: $15 - $17 per hour
Qualifications: 3 years of customer service and dispatch experience
Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Work onsite
- Answer phone calls and take detailed messages
- Greet visitors and direct them as needed
- Accurately enter customer information into the computer system
- Handle dispatch duties efficiently
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and collections
